Service Guarantee
We stand behind the services we provide. If you are not 100% satisfied, please notify us within 7 days of your service. We will work with you and the original stylist to achieve your desired outcome.
Please note, color services can only be guaranteed if Aveda products are used for aftercare.
Scheduling & Cancelation Policy
To secure your appointment time we require either a credit card on file, or a deposit equal to 50% of the service total.
We understand that life happens, and sometimes schedules change. To ensure the best experience for all of our clients and staff, we kindly ask that you follow our cancellation guidelines:
• Cancellations & Rescheduling: Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This helps us accommodate other clients who may be waiting for an opening.
• Rescheduling Within 7 Days: If you need to cancel but can reschedule within 7 days, we will waive any cancellation fee.
• Late Cancellations (Less than 24 hours’ notice): Clients are allowed one waived late cancellation as a courtesy. After that, a 50% service fee may be applied to the missed appointment.
• No-Show Appointments: If a client does not show up without notice, the first occurrence will be waived. Any future no-shows may result in a full-service charge and a deposit required for future bookings.
• Running Late? Please give us a call if you’re running behind. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may need to adjust or reschedule your service to avoid impacting the next appointment.
Your deposit will be applied to your service total at the time of your services. Credit cards will be stored securely on our system, and will only be charged in the event of a late cancelation or reschedule. You can also opt to use the card on file to pay for your products and services in the future.
Retail Sales/ Gift Card Policy
Products may be exchanged within 30 days of purchase. If a product was purchased during a promotion or on discount, you can exchange the product for something of equal value. Expired promotions or discounts cannot be applied to other products when you are returning a product purchased during a promotion or discount period.
All Gift Card Sales are Final. Gift cards purchased before February 2, 2020 are no longer valid.
