Methods of Payment
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, Cash and Local Checks with a valid ID. A $30 fee will be applied to all returned checks. There will be a $30 processing fee for all returned checks.

 

Appointment and Cancellation policy
Our team at Total Image works on a timely schedule intending to ensure that each guest is served according to their scheduled time. We ask if you anticipate arriving late that you notify us as soon as possible. We may have to reschedule your appointment at your stylist’s discretion.

We ask if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment that you provide us with a minimum of 24 hours notice. As a courtesy to our service providers and other guests, your notice will allow us to fill the available appointment time. When changes to your appointment occur in less than 24 hours our service providers forfeit profitable time.

All appointment times cancelled or rescheduled without sufficient notice (24 hrs +) in addition to no showed appointments will be considered “missed”. We do understand emergencies and unforeseen events arise. We will document all missed appointments appropriately, using our discretion. We may require a deposit to schedule future appointments.

When you are scheduling a service that will take 2 hrs or more we require a deposit of the estimated cost of the service being preformed. Upon completion of your service your deposit will go towards your final bill. In the event that you cancel within 24 hrs, your deposit will be forfeit.

Packages and Groups

We require  a 50% deposit to reserve all packages and special event parties. Failure to cancel 48 hours prior to your reservation will result in forfeiture of the deposit.

Our Service Guarantee
Here at Total Image we use only the highest quality professional Aveda products. We recommend our guests use Aveda products that preserve the longevity of their hair and skin prior to and following all services.

If we have not met your expectations, we ask that you notify us immediately, we will make every effort to correct the issue to your satisfaction.

All haircuts, color and texture services are guaranteed within one week (7 days) of your service. Always inquire if you have any questions after your service, we are happy to help!

Our first priority is the integrity and health of your hair and skin. Please understand that if we are not confident in the result of a service you are requesting, we reserve the right to decline. Alternatively a release waiver may be required.

After services are preformed, we strongly recommend that guests pre-schedule their next appointment, doing so ensures that you will  maintain the same service provider.

Retail Return and Exchange Policy

We are happy to exchange or give salon credit for most products within 30 days.

Some exclusions apply:

All sales are final on any make-up purchases, due to hygienic reasons.

All appliances (irons, dryers, ect) must go through manufacturer’s warranty program

Any item from local vendors/crafters will be subject to whatever terms they have in place.

Children’s Policy
We ask that children only visit the salon and spa only when they are receiving services.

Cell Phones
For the enjoyment of all our guests, please refrain from cell phone usage in the Spa Areas.
